One place for members

Everything KOSA members need

Built for phones, in plain language, with one thing to do on each screen.

  • Your member record

KOSA keeps its register here. Check your details, update your phone, address and occupation, and stay counted.

  • Contest for office

Put your name forward for any open position, pay the nomination fee by bank transfer, and follow your screening.

  • Secret ballot

One member, one vote. Your ballot is never linked to your name — not even the committee can see who you voted for.

  • Results and records

Results are counted live, published to every member, and kept for ever as a permanent record.

How it works

How a KOSA election runs

Four stages, always in this order. The Electoral Chairman moves the election from one stage to the next, and members are told at every step.

  1. 1

    Names go forward

The Electoral Chairman opens the election. Members who want to contest declare for a position and pay the fee.

  2. 2

    Screening

The Treasurer confirms each payment against the bank statement and the electoral committee approves the candidates.

  3. 3

    Voting

Every active member gets one secret ballot on their phone, and a receipt to show it was counted.

  4. 4

    Results

Votes are counted automatically. The result is published to all members and kept on record.

Your vote is secret. The system records that you voted, never who you voted for. The electoral committee itself cannot vote or contest.
